Mr. Zitzer is a shareholder of Otjen, Gendelman, Zitzer, Johnson & Weir, S.C., and is a lawyer in the firm’s worker’s compensation group. He initially began defending worker’s compensation cases on behalf of a self-insured employer in 1991, and since that time the principal focus of his practice has involved worker’s compensation litigation.
Mr. Zitzer also has extensive prior civil litigation experience. He has tried a number of cases throughout Wisconsin in state and federal courts. Since joining the Firm in 2000, he has devoted his practice on an exclusive basis to defending insurance carriers and employers in worker’s compensation matters statewide.
