After 15 years practicing in a staff counsel setting for two major Wisconsin insurance carriers, Randy Guse rejoined the Otjen firm in September of 2018. He previously practiced at the firm as an associate from 1995-1998. Randy has over 20 years of experience defending both policyholders and insurance carriers in litigation and has tried multiple cases to verdict.
His practice covers the entire state of Wisconsin and encompasses a wide variety of insurance-related litigation including automobile liability, construction defect, premises liability and insurance coverage.
Mr. Guse is a member of Wisconsin Defense Counsel’s Insurance Law Committee and the co-chair of WDC’s Cyber Law Committee. He has participated in panel discussions regarding issues surrounding cyber law and law firm/insurance carrier relationships and presented to claims representatives regarding good-faith file handling practices.
