Ron Pezze tried a case in Taylor County the week of November 18, 2024. It was alleged that Ron’s client, a plumber, negligently installed a faucet and caused significant water damages. The jury did not find the plumber negligent. It found that the faucet was defective and that the seller of the faucet was causally negligent.
